At Aquline, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped, whichever is earlier.

Refunds are applicable only in cases where:

  • The wrong product is delivered
  • The product is damaged upon arrival

To request a refund, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with supporting images or videos.

Once the request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.

Aquline reserves the right to refuse refunds that do not meet the above conditions.
